active retired. Our community has one hundred private apartments contained
in a three story complex with secure interior hallways and attractively
furnished common areas. In addition to their own private apartment,
residents are welcome to use the common areas of River Oaks as they
would their own home. Included in your monthly rent:
• All utilities • Cable television is provided to each apartment. • Weekly maid and linen service. • Scheduled transportation in our private 25 passenger bus. • Full time activities director. • 24 hour staffing. Our luxurious apartments have been designed in several floor plans to fit your individual needs. They are unfurnished allowing residents to bring their personal cherished possessions and to decorate as they please.
