River Oaks is truly luxury living for the active retired. Our community has one hundred private apartments contained in a three story complex with secure interior hallways and attractively furnished common areas. In addition to their own private apartment, residents are welcome to use the common areas of River Oaks as they would their own home.

Included in your monthly rent:

• Three full meals daily served in our beautiful dining room.

• Cable television is provided to each apartment.

• Scheduled transportation in our private 25 passenger bus.

Our Apartments
Our luxurious apartments have been designed in several floor plans to fit your individual needs. They are unfurnished allowing residents to bring their personal cherished possessions and to decorate as they please.

All of the units have a kitchenette including a sink, a full-size refrigerator with freezer, and ample storage cabinets. Also, each apartment has its own thermostat for individual temperature control.

For safety and peace of mind, each apartment has an intercom, an emergency call system, smoke detectors, and a fire sprinkler system.

Common Amenities
River Oaks is a tastefully furnished community with an abundance of common amenities that residents are welcome to use and enjoy. They include:
